Our Saratoga County Officer will be onsite.

For those visiting from other counties, The ASN Network will have a sign up for the county you reside in to see about expediting a reach out to help you get registered if you are interested in doing so with your county. While this is not a guarantee way to enroll with your county we hope that by you joining in the safety night event that it will provide more information and still be impactful so you can know the next steps for this program.

Wandering Presentation

The Autism Society of the Greater Hudson Region will be onsite doing a presentation for individuals on Wandering concerns.

InterArts

This wonderful site that hosts a day habilitation with out walls (WOW) program has offered this space for this night to host this wonderful event. We thank them for the opportunity to bring the community together and provide resources, support and tools to assist the families in attendance on their safety awareness, tools, resources efforts to protect the vulnerable individuals in the capital region and surrounding areas.

When we host events - there are families who may be so excited to have something like these be offered and available to their families locally but the true concerns, fears and risks that we all know that present for our loved ones are very real. They can actually cause us to not proceed with adventuring out with others even though we truly wish we could.

I (Brittany Valenza) have been there. Come learn about some of my experiences and tips, tricks & techniques we have implemented in our home and on our outings. Come learn about what The ASN Network is all about, what we have done this far and what lies ahead.
